Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

We are pleased to extend our refund policy to encompass eligible purchases within a 30-day period following the delivery date. To initiate the return process, kindly reach out via Contact Us form on the website, within 30 days of the delivery date. Please provide the email address associated with the order and the corresponding order number. Once our team approves the return, you will receive the necessary information to commence the return procedure.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged in their original packaging and returned to the appropriate party. Additionally, a restocking fee of 30% will be charged. The customer is responsible for arranging the freight to return items and all said freight charges. Designers DNA is not responsible for any fees that may be associated with this freight process.

Please note that returned items must be dispatched via mail within 10 business days. Please be advised that returning the item(s) is undertaken at your own risk, as Designers DNA cannot be held liable for any damages incurred due to insufficient packaging or any loss or damage sustained during the return transit.

Kindly be aware that items received in a damaged condition or returns not received within the specified time frame will not qualify for a refund. You will be promptly notified via email once the evaluation process is completed. Please note that all item(s) more than 100 lb. are strictly subject to our return policy. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Onsite assembled and installed, custom orders, final sale and clearance items cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.

Refunds

Please note that all item(s) are subject to our return policy. All the refunds are in the form of store credit. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed in the form of store credit will automatically be applied to your email account. The store credit can be used for any future purchases on our website store within 365 days of the initial refund approval date. If approved, the refund is processed within 7 business days after return is received.

Sale and clearance items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale and clearance items cannot be refunded. All sales are final; there is no returns or exchanges.

Assembled, installed and customized products

The products that are onsite assembled and installed cannot be refunded. All the custom orders sell is final and cannot be refunded.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us via Contact Us form on the website.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to us. The address will be provided during return process.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning items over $500, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please be advised that returning the item(s) is undertaken at your own risk, as Designers DNA cannot be held liable for any damages incurred due to insufficient packaging or any loss or damage sustained during the return transit.
